A Principal Research Administrator and Secretary, Animal Care and Use Research Ethics Committee at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. I am a holder of Ph.D in Personnel Administration, IREX'S UASP Research Management Fellowship, US-Fogart Bioethics Fellowship, 2026 Society of Research Administrators International Future of the Field Recognition Honoree with several certificates in research management and research ethics. My area of interest is in digital research administration and research ethics administration system. I have produced and presented several papers on research management and ethics at local and international conferences. We received the Best Paper Award at the prestigious World Engineering Education Forum and Global Engineering Dean's Council Annual Conference in Korea in 2025.
