Dr. Annastasia Moloto is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Management at the University of South Africa (Unisa), having joined the institution in 2024. She holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Tshwane University of Technology, where she previously served for five years. With over six years of experience in the higher education sector, Dr. Moloto is committed to academic excellence and professional integrity. She is known for her dedication, diligence, honesty, and adaptability to new environments. Dr. Moloto works effectively both independently and collaboratively, with a strong ability to meet deadlines reliably. At Unisa, she serves as the module leader for Strategy Implementation and Control, a third-year course in the Business Management programme. She has authored and co-authored several articles published in international journals and has presented her research at both local and international conferences. Her research interests include small and medium enterprises (SMEs), technology adoption, and public service delivery
